| Summary: |
As the foreman of a ranch, Gene must deal with the son and two daughters who have inherited the ranch after their father's death. They have no interest in ranching and wish to turn it into a pleasure resort. The family's attorney, Benson, wants to secure the ranch for himself and is hoping to foreclose on it. To ensure this happens, he attempts to prevent the completion of a pipeline slated to bring needed water to the ranch. Autry, of course, battles to save the ranch.
