| Summary: |
Following a flood, Phineas Flagg begins relocating residents to Gunsmoke Ranch. The Three Mesquiteers realize Flagg is a crook and try to warn the residents. Ignoring the warning, the residents began working to improve the land only to find out the ranch is going to be condemned to make way for a new dam.
