| Summary: |
In this sequel (second of five), Astronaut Brent is sent to rescue Taylor and crash lands on the Planet of the Apes. Brent locates Taylor in an underground fortress in the forbidden zone guarded by telepathic humans. The movie ends with a battle between the apes and mutant humans.
